What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in bringing loans across the finish line while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive member experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple consumer and mortgage loan pipelines simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and service standards.
  • Preparing and sending loan closing packages to members.
  • Reviewing executed loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Booking and funding loans within the Credit Union's core processing systems.
  • Coordinating loan disbursements and ensuring proceeds are delivered to the appropriate parties.
  • Obtaining and tracking post-closing documentation from dealers, insurance providers, attorneys, and other third parties.
  • Reviewing loan files and documentation to ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, investor requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Processing residential mortgage applications and following up with members for required documentation.
  • Enhancing key lending operations by coordinating critical closing, funding, documentation, and quality control activities to facilitate successful loan origination and portfolio management.
  • Supporting cross-functional lending operations through cross-training and backup coverage.
