 Ocala, FL | Full-Time | Weekly Opportunity to Maximize Your Earnings

Looking for a fast-paced job where your hard work directly impacts your paycheck? Join our team as a Box Loader/Unloader and get paid for your performance. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to stay active throughout your shift, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll be Doing

Loading

  • Hand-load boxes from a conveyor belt onto trailers.
  • Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner.
  • Move cages to and from staging areas.
  • Load trailers quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately.

Unloading

  • Unload floor-loaded trailers by placing boxes onto a conveyor belt.
  • Scan boxes as they are unloaded.
  • Sort boxes into designated cages.

This is a physically active position that's ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working in a team environment.

 Pay

Paid Per Trailer - Performance-Based Pay

  • Earn approximately $200-$250 per day
  • Average earnings of $16 minimum-$25 per hour or more
  • Paid per case loaded and unloaded
  • The more work you complete, the more you earn

Your effort and productivity are rewarded-high performers have the opportunity to maximize their daily earnings.

 Schedule

  • Wednesday - Saturday (Back Half)
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1st Shift)
  • Some days may finish earlier depending on workload.
  • Overtime as requested.

 Requirements

  • Excellent attendance is required.
  • Must arrive on time for every shift.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 5-50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be able to perform consistent physical work for extended periods.
