Job description

Description:

Weโ€™re Hiring: Project Manager โ€“ Construction

LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownershipโ€”managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
  • Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
  • Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.
  • Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
  • Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
Requirements:

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC).
  • Expertise in Line Item Estimating.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skillsโ€”you can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

If youโ€™ve got the drive to lead projects and the JOC know-how to make them profitable, weโ€™d love to hear from you.
