Principal Python & LLM Developer

Location:- Dallas TX-Onsite role

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Role Summary
Drive architecture, design, and implementation of enterprisegrade AI/ML, NLP, and LLM-based systems. Lead model development, scalable backend engineering, and cloud AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build complex AI/ML/NLP and LangChain solutions
  • Lead design of scalable Python-based backend and APIs
  • Guide integration of ML models into production systems
  • Partner with architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams for solution delivery
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
  • Oversee CI/CD, cloud AI services, and MLOps workflows
  • Mentor the engineering team; review highimpact code
  • Stay current on emerging AI, ML, NLP technologies

Mandatory Skills (with Experience)

  • Python (AI/ML/NLP): 8 12 years
  • LangChain: 4 6 years
  • Cloud (Google Cloud Platform/Azure/AWS) + AI/MLOps: 6 8 years
  • Enterprise API architecture (Python): 6+ years
  • CI/CD + Kubernetes + automation: 5 7 years
