Harrisburg, PA - Onsite

80% AI/ML focused - design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM solutions
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering
Expertise in RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Embeddings, Vector Databases & AI Agents
Build AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, and conversational solutions
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, AI orchestration & production deployment
Strong Python for AI/ML development and model integration
20% .NET focused - strong C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API & microservices
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing .NET applications
Experience with Azure AI, Azure ML, Azure Cloud, Git & CI/CD
Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Must have strong recent hands-on AI/ML experience with solid .NET development background.
