Job description

Full-Time | In-Office | Growth Opportunity

About Us

Weโ€™re building a small, fast-moving team focused on practical AI agents that actually help people get real work done. Youโ€™ll work at the intersection of Claude, Python, and modern product designโ€”creating and integrating AI agents into internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and creative workflows.

This is a full-time, on-site role (not remote), ideal for someone whoโ€™s been experimenting with LLMs and wants to grow into a strong applied AI/LLM engineer in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Role Summary

As a Junior AI Developer (Claude AI), you will help build and refine AI agents powered by Claude, integrate them with Python back-ends and third-party APIs, and partner closely with designers and other stakeholders. Youโ€™ll have support from senior engineers, but youโ€™ll also own smaller features end-to-endโ€”from prototype to production.

If you want to be in the room, learn fast, and grow your skills every week, this role is for you.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Implement and maintain Claude-powered workflows and agents using Python.
  • Call LLM APIs (Claude and others), parse responses, and integrate them into internal tools or web applications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to connect agents to external tools, REST APIs, databases, and other services.
  • Help with prompt design and iterationโ€”testing prompts, contexts, and settings to boost reliability and quality.
  • Assist in building simple context-augmented / RAG-style workflows (feeding documents or data into LLMs in a controlled way).
  • Write clean, readable Python code with basic tests, logging, and error handling.
  • Work closely with designers and non-technical stakeholders to turn ideas into AI-powered features and tools.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1โ€“2+ years of programming experience (professional, internship, or strong project work) with solid Python skills.
  • Some hands-on experience with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)โ€”projects, coursework, or personal experimentation all count.
  • Basic experience calling web APIs (REST/JSON) and handling JSON data in Python.
  • Familiarity with core LLM concepts: prompts, tokens, context windows, and issues like hallucinations.
  • Comfort using Git and working in a collaborative development workflow.
  • Strong desire to learn, experiment, and improve; clear communication and willingness to ask questions.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site full time at our office location (this is not a remote or hybrid role).

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with Claude (Claude API, Anthropic console, or Claude-based tools).
  • Projects involving chatbots, assistants, AI agents, or workflow automation.
  • Exposure to web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or a front-end framework like React/Next.js).
  • Experience working with or supporting designers, content teams, or UX.
  • Basic understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or RAG-style systems (helpful but not required).

What We Offer

  • Full-time, on-site position with weekly pay.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits (health, PTO, etc.).
  • A collaborative environment that encourages growth, experimentation, and cross-functional learning.
  • Direct mentorship from more experienced AI/LLM engineers on real-world projects.
  • The opportunity to work hands-on with the latest LLM tools and workflows and to grow quickly as the team and company expand.

How to Apply

Please send your resume, a brief introduction, and links to any relevant projects (GitHub, portfolio, or demos). If youโ€™ve built anything with LLMsโ€”even small experimentsโ€”highlight those. Weโ€™re especially interested in how you think, build, and learn.
