Job Description We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java J2EE, PySpark/Spark, ETL and streaming pipelines, and AWS services and a proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve resilient and secure software solutions within Agile frameworks. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java J2EE and Spark-based applications and data pipelines.

Build and operate ETL and streaming pipelines using PySpark/Spark and AWS services. Implement CI/CD, TDD, and secure coding practices to ensure application resiliency. Develop, schedule, and monitor workflows using Databricks and Airflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Java J2EE and one or more general-purpose languages such as Python or Java. Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark/Spark for ETL and streaming pipelines. Experience with AWS services including EMR, Lambda, S3, and RDS.

Experience with Databricks and Airflow for data engineering workflows. Understanding of Agile methodologies and work within common Agile frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security practices.

3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification. Preferred Skills: Shell scripting and Unix systems experience. Terraform proficiency for infrastructure management.
