• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, ensuring clear communication and cohesive support.
• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-certification and utilization management to navigate funding and service provisioning effectively.
• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and education, while demonstrating a healthy relationship with food to clients as part of their holistic care.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances, recognizing the significance of their intersecting identities.
• Utilize a variety of clinical assessments and therapeutic modalities to evaluate and address the mental health needs of clients.

The clientele served by Private Counseling, LLC is diverse, with a focus on adults, including older adults dealing with various mental health challenges. Our clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LCSW here, you will implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, incorporating clients' cultural, emotional, and social needs into their care pathways.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully working with older adult populations is essential.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to assess and address a spectrum of mental health issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while managing caseloads effectively.

• Experience in community health settings or holistic health models is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methods is an asset.
• Training in trauma-informed care or related modalities is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
