You will conduct counseling sessions via a secure video chat platform, enabling you to engage with clients in a comfortable environment that promotes trust and openness. Our counselor portal, an all-in-one platform, streamlines scheduling, client management, and record-keeping, giving you more time to focus on client care.

• Provide ethical, compassionate individual counseling to clients experiencing various mental health challenges.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s specific situation during video therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Encourage clients to gain insight into their feelings and relationships, fostering personal growth and resilience.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and facilitate the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
