Job description

The purpose of this position is to direct and assist a crew involved with the installation of new water connections. Prepares complex/technical reports, must make daily decisions concerning the scheduling of jobs, and the technical considerations of where and how to dig. This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
