Job Summary:
Cat Daddy Games is a game development studio based in Kirkland, Washington, known for its focus on mobile games. They are seeking a Live Ops Manager to oversee the monetization strategy and manage live events for WWE SuperCard, ensuring an optimal player experience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop daily in-game content plans, including events, sales, and promotions to drive consistent and sustainable growth in engagement and monetization.
• Own the day-to-day live ops calendar and work with other members of the Live Ops team on economy balance, sustainability, and player engagement.
• Communicate ideas to stakeholders, integrate feedback and direction, and drive the implementation of approved plans.
• Tune and balance gameplay and monetization systems based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Be a community advocate. Listen to Community sentiment and react when necessary.
• Develop measurable criteria to determine success of an event and utilize findings in subsequent releases.
• Monitor key player metrics on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior.
• Recognize and stay abreast of trends, patterns, and consumer preferences in mobile gaming.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in mobile application design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, specifically in formula creation and management.
• Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written). Ability to produce effective design documentation.
• Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with applied mathematics and in-app economies is desired.
• Solid understanding of the mobile app landscape from a design perspective, including economies, data analysis, and back-end environments.
• Demonstrated experience using bespoke tools and content management systems to drive, schedule and execute live ops events and content.
