What is a Live In job?

A Live-In job typically refers to a position where an employee resides at their workplace, often in a private household or care facility. Common roles include caregivers, nannies, housekeepers, or companions who provide support and services in exchange for accommodation and salary. Live-In employees usually have scheduled working hours but may also offer on-call assistance as needed. The arrangement allows for a close, continuous level of service while providing the employee with a place to live. Specific duties, compensation, and time off vary depending on the employer's agreement.

What are the typical daily routines and responsibilities for a Live In position?

A Live In role typically involves a mix of caregiving or household duties, such as assisting with personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and sometimes providing transportation or companionship. Your schedule may vary depending on the needs of the household, but you can expect to be available for tasks throughout the day, with agreed-upon breaks and personal time. Flexibility is important, as routines can change due to medical appointments, school activities, or other family needs. To thrive as a Live In (such as a live-in caregiver, nanny, or housekeeper), you need hands-on experience in caregiving, household management, and possibly childcare or eldercare, often with references or relevant training. Familiarity with communication tools (such as mobile devices) and, in some roles, first aid or CPR certifications are commonly required. Compassion, reliability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills will help you build trust with the household and adapt to varying needs. These abilities are crucial for maintaining a safe, supportive, and smoothly running living environment for the individuals or families you support.

Job description

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, fast-paced Live Auction Streamer to join our growing team. You will host live selling streams on major auction platforms, showcasing products in real-time, engaging with viewers, and driving sales through dynamic auctions. If you thrive in a high-pressure, exciting environment where every second counts and love turning viewers into buyers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This is not a casual streaming gig — we need someone who can perform at a professional level with speed, charisma, and strong closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
•  Host high-energy live auction streams (6hr-8hr shifts)
•  Present and demonstrate products with enthusiasm and detail
•  Manage real-time bidding, chat engagement, and auction pacing
•  Build rapport with viewers and convert them into repeat buyers
•  Hit and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
•  Work efficiently with minimal supervision — self-sufficient operation is critical
•  Collaborate with the team on product selection, stream schedule, and content ideas

Requirements (Experience is a MUST)
•  Proven live streaming or live selling experience (Whatnot, Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, or similar platforms)
•  Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast-paced, high-energy delivery without losing quality
•  Strong sales skills — you know how to hype products, handle objections, and close deals on the spot
•  Excellent verbal communication, charisma, and on-camera presence
•  Highly self-efficient and organized — able to run streams independently
•  Reliable high-speed internet, professional streaming setup (or willingness to use ours), and quiet workspace
•  Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
•  Passion for sales and live entertainment

Bonus Points For:
•  Previous experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or auctioneering
•  Strong social media/following presence

What We Offer
•  Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company
•  Fun, high-energy work environment
•  Product knowledge training and ongoing support
•  The chance to be the face of exciting live auctions
If you’re a seasoned, fast-talking streamer who can keep the energy high and the bids rolling, we want to hear from you!

To Apply:
Please submit your resume AND if you have a link to your previous live stream recordings or highlights (must include sales/auction examples). Applications without streaming samples will not be considered.
We are hiring immediately — serious, experienced candidates only.
