Event Setup Crew (AV Support)
Job Summary
We are hiring reliable, customer-service oriented event setup crew to support live events and hotel functions. You will assist with load-in, setup, strike, and basic equipment handling. AV experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right people.
Key Responsibilities
  • Load in/out equipment and safely handle cases, stands, cables, and accessories
  • Assist with setup and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment
  • Run and tape cable neatly, maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Follow direction from lead technicians and communicate professionally on-site
  • Help maintain organization of gear before and after events
Requirements
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in guest-facing environments
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
  • Reliable transportation to Oak Brook and nearby venues
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards
