Job description

The primary responsibility of theMailroom Processoris toscan all incoming mail received from all major mail carriers via the OPEX scanner along with sending out client specific notices using Pitney Bowes stuffer/mailer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive incoming US / FedEx/UPS mail, deliveries, officesupplies

  • Sort, deliver and picked-up mail and packages in line with establishedtimeframes

  • Maintain all logs and reportingdocuments

  • Operate mailing,photocopyand scanningequipment

  • Perform shipping and receivingtasks

  • Download policiesand other documents from SFTP/Imaging Systemforscanning

  • Performs collating, folding, and stuffing ofmailings

  • Processes outgoing mail, via USPS, UPS,FedExand other carriers daily

  • Maintain necessary client and employee relationships to ensure quality customer service standards aremet

  • Other job responsibilities as assigned bymanagement

  • Knowledge of Windows computer environment including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
