Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team supporting Ground Support Equipment operations for Envoy Airlines at DFW International Airport. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are sourced, managed, and delivered efficiently. We’re not just a supplier—we’re problem-solvers for our customer—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering fast, accurate, and professional service.


Compensation:

We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Entry-level candidates typically start between $15–$18 per hour, with higher pay available for candidates with relevant experience in procurement, inventory, automotive, fleet management or aviation environments.

Experienced candidates with aviation, fleet, or Ground Support Equipment (GSE) parts experience are strongly encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and parts requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Communicate order status, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Source parts from vendors, including stock and non-stock items
  • Receive and process incoming shipments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Participate in training and safety programs


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in parts coordination, inventory management, fleet management, procurement, ground support, aviation or automotive
  • General understanding of automotive or mechanical parts
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, in-person and email
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass TSA/security requirements
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and inventory systems
