Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Pool Attendants to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify guest identification and ensure authorized facility access
  • Enforce pool and facility rules to promote guest safety
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest concerns
  • Sell merchandise and handle basic transactions
  • Coordinate rentals (e.g., boats or equipment)
  • Register guests for tennis and swim lessons
  • Assist lifeguards with routine pool chemical checks
  • Follow established procedures and safety guideline

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Comfortable resolving guest issues in a professional manner
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
