Role Description
As a member of our spa team, you will work with and be a part of a close knit family that look out for each other and thrive as a team. You will help maintain a calming atmosphere for all guests on their getaway and use that same sense of calm to focus your energy to a stress-free work environment.
The Spa Concierge is responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
To be successful, you need to enjoy being the first point of contact for all guests when they walk into the spa. You enjoy providing that warm welcome that sets the tone for the guest experience. Your organization skills are proven and effective to ensure that the entire operation runs flawlessly. You love being the go-to person for both your team members and your guests because you are reliable and a pleasure to work with.
Skills/Traits
  • Minimum of 2 years experience customer service environment.
  • Computer competency to include- excel, word, POS.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Spa Front Desk Agents earn $20 - $22.66 hourly based on experience. Operations during our peak summer season require a schedule of Wednesdays - Sundays from 9:00am - 6:00pm.
