Vitro Meadville is looking for an EHS Specialist to play a key role in the growth of the EHS culture, results, and improvement at the Meadville site. The incumbent will work closely with plant personnel and the Vitro EHS Manager, and is responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainability of EHS management systems and processes to prevent incidents, injuries, and illnesses, and to assure compliance with regulatory and Vitro EHS Requirements.
Required 3-5 years manufacturing and safety leadership
Specific technical knowledge is required in aspects of safety, industrial hygiene, OSHA, and/or environmental standard, Site Policies and Procedures and Worker's Compensation Regulations. A successful candidate will have experience in behavior based safety, team involvement, industrial hygiene, process safety and training.
