We have an immediate need for a full-time CDL A Transport Driver. The CDL Transport Driver is responsible for safely operating Class A commercial vehicles while transporting trucks, trailers, cargo, equipment, and related materials in support of customer, event, marketing, delivery, and operational needs. This role requires extended travel, strong professional conduct, careful cargo securement, accurate driver logs, and the ability to keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and show ready. This position is in Portland, Oregon and relocation assistance may be available.

As a CDL A Transport Driver, you will:

  • Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, state, and federal highway safety requirements
  • Prepare trucks, tractors, trailers, and customer-facing equipment to be clean and maintain a professional, show-ready appearance
  • Transport vehicles, trailers, cargo, and equipment, to and from assigned locations, including events, customer sites, shops, storage locations, and other destinations
  • Support event, delivery, and shop activities, including equipment handling, setup, teardown, and general logistics support as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and related equipment
  • Load, unload, secure, and inspect cargo to confirm proper placement, protection, and compliance with applicable safety requirements
  • Hook and unhook tractors, trailers, and related equipment as assigned
  • Execute routes and schedules to meet delivery, event, and operational timelines safely and professionally
  • Complete driver logs, inspection records, fuel records, receipts, time records, and other required transportation paperwork accurately and timely
  • Monitor and report mechanical, safety, damage, compliance, or appearance concerns immediately.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, customers, vendors, event personnel, and team members
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer-service approach while representing the company
  • Comply with all company and customer safety policies, procedures, travel expectations, and assignment requirements
Requirements to be considered for the CDL A Transport Driver:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Class A commercial driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent, verifiable Class A driving (CDL A) experience
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical & drug screen to obtain and maintain a medical examiner certificate through Roush along with a background check
  • Excellent driving record with the ability to pass our MVR standards
  • Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service requirements and electronic logging device use
  • Experience with cargo securement, equipment handling, and over-the-road travel
  • Strong backing, maneuvering, trip planning, and defensive driving skills
  • Experience driving in winter, snow, ice, mountain, rural, and major-city conditions
  • Experience driving manual transmission commercial vehicles
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time, including overnight travel, weekends, and last-minute scheduling changes 
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to changing customer and operational needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for logs, records, travel coordination, and customer interaction
  • Ability to maintain professional conduct and presentation in customer-facing environments
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds and perform active work throughout a shift
