Responsibilities

People:

  • Collaborate with Service management regarding the hiring process and ensure the teams have proper staffing to meet customer needs
  • Accountable for ensuring team members receive the proper training to perform their roles effectively through established training programs
  • Collaborate with team peers to discuss successes, challenges, and/or opportunities
  • Continuously work to identify growth potential for employees and future leaders
  • Responsible for ensuring direct report working schedules are approved and have coverage on employee days off
  • Review work orders to ensure accurate information from the service advisors and proper pictures and descriptions are provided by the technicians

Communication:

  • Act as one of the primary contacts to the Service Manager and cascade necessary information to the service team
  • Conducts daily quality and efficiency morning meetings with external teams (strives for quick and effective communication during these meetings)
  • Collaborate with Service Manager on establishing and achieving monthly service sales goals

Planning & Executing:

  • Responsible for creating a daily game plan for the external silo and the teams within it to ensure the daily workload is met
  • Actively set and track weekly and monthly goals for all technicians within the external silo
  • Execute the Keep You Camping program by ensuring all team members are fully compliant with the program

Customer Experience:

  • Assist with escalated customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained during the resolution process
  • Responsible for setting a customer-centric culture and holding team members to those standards
  • Oversee the display and aesthetics of the external silo to meet the standards of customers' expectations
  • Quality control unit after the technician has completed the repairs
Qualifications
  • Prior experience within the RV, Automotive industry, or Powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher is required.
  • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. 
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
