Position: Rotational Nanny
Location: Austin, Texas
Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation | Average 1214 hour days (typically 8:00 AM10:00 PM)
Compensation: $40/hour + overtime pay at $60/hour ~$130,000$150,000+year (not including additional travel compensation -travel days are compensated 24/7 at applicable hourly and overtime rates.)

The family has two young children - an infant and a toddler. This is a caring, hardworking, and family-oriented household that values warmth, professionalism, and high standards within the home. The family is seeking someone who will integrate naturally into their environment while bringing a proactive, collaborative approach to childcare, along with a calm, confident presence.

Responsibilities Include:
Full childcare support for two children, ages 7 months & 2 years old.
Managing routines, developmental activities, feedings, naps, and outings
Maintaining a structured, nurturing environment
Traveling domestically and internationally with the family
Collaborating within a fully staffed home

Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of professional nanny experience
Experience working with UHNW or high-profile families preferred
Previous ROTA experience preferred
Professional, warm, proactive, and highly organized
Strong infant experience required
Able to meet the physical and scheduling demands of long workdays while remaining calm and organized
Confident working independently while maintaining appropriate boundaries with children
Flexible and travel-ready with a current passport and valid drivers license
Excellent, verifiable professional references required
Able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening upon offer of employment
