As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and our organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Daily, you will also oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • A nursing diploma (either an associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
