Job description

Upscale Senior Living Community is seeking an experienced Nurse to oversee resident wellness services, care staff, medication management, compliance, and care coordination.

This leadership role works closely with residents, families, providers, and community leadership to ensure high-quality care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
  • Active LPN or RN license in CO
  • 3+ years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience supervising and training care staff
  • Knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and medication systems preferred
