Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living is Hiring Full Time RN's!

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, Full Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

Open Positions: Full Time 6am-6pm (Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday) and 6pm-6am (Thursday-Saturday; Sunday-Tuesday & Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday) $3K Hiring Bonus for Full Time NOC shift only!!

Successful candidates:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado
  • Rate range: $41-$51/hour
  • $3K hiring bonus for Full Time Night shift only-$1500 paid out at 90 days, and $1500 at 6 months. If leave before the full six months- repayment will be required.
