As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, while also fostering a positive and supportive community.
Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lamar Estates, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while also promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and conducting vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with care staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of resident care
Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado
