    • Expected Hiring Range: $80,000 - $150,000

    • Broad Pay Range: $80,000 - $300,000

Compensation:

$80,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

Note: This role is based in our Spokane office as we get the new location up and running. We are looking for local representation, but do not require work to be in the office. Please note this does require residency in or near Spokane, WA.

  • Represent clients in family law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including divorce decrees, custody agreements, and prenuptial agreements.

  • Collaborate with our skilled intake team to assess client needs and develop tailored legal strategies.

  • Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations with confidence and clarity.

  • Work closely with our dedicated discovery team to gather and analyze evidence for case preparation.

  • Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal processes.

  • Stay updated on changes in family law to offer informed advice and innovative solutions to clients' challenges.


Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State bar admission).
  • 3+ years of Washington State family law experience required.
  • Candidates must live in the Spokane, WA area.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with legal technology.
  • A personable, empathetic, and professional approach.
  • And yes — a sense of humor (because family law is serious work, but we’re human too).
