Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Location: San Rafael, California (hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 300k+ (depending on experience)

A highly regarded boutique law firm specializing in real estate law is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. This firm provides a collaborative environment, mentorship opportunities, and a clear path for career growth. They are also open to bringing on a skilled solo attorney with an existing book of business or a small two-person firm looking to grow within a larger firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial or settlement.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on business, bankruptcy, and financial litigation matters.
  • Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR).
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional representation.
  • Handle a variety of cases in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation practice.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
