Located in a coastal tourism market with dramatic seasonal shifts, Milestone Mystic operates within a hyper-seasonal environment where summer volume, local loyalty, tourism traffic, and community presence all play a major role in the rhythm of the business. The kitchen must be able to execute consistently through both high-volume peak seasons and quieter local-driven periods, while maintaining quality, warmth, and operational discipline year-round.

Position Overview

The Sous Chef will support all BOH operations including service execution, prep systems, staff training, ordering, and daily leadership alongside the Head Chef. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong systems and team culture.

Responsibilities
