Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Superintendent with 15+ years of hands-on field experience in residential construction, preferably custom and luxury homes.


This is a field-first leadership role. The superintendent is expected to independently run day-to-day site operations, read and build from plans without guidance, and proactively manage subcontractors, quality, safety, and sequencing.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations from start through punch list

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors across all trades

• Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and details independently

• Ensure work is installed per plans, specifications, and applicable codes

• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professional standards

• Identify conflicts and constructability issues before they impact schedule

• Drive production and sequencing in the field

• Coordinate inspections, corrections, and quality control

• Maintain basic daily logs and photo documentation

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of residential construction field experience

• Proven experience running jobs independently as a superintendent

• Strong ability to read full plan sets (architectural, structural, MEP)

• Deep understanding of residential trades, sequencing, and means & methods

• Ability to lead crews, enforce standards, and hold subcontractors accountable

• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong field judgment
