Heyday Build is a custom homebuilder focused on rebuilding homes for families affected by the Altadena wildfires. We are seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure residential construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site operations while maintaining project timelines and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations for multiple residential construction projects
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship, job site safety, and code compliance
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regarding project updates
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
  • Experience managing custom or high-end homes preferred
