Construction Project Manager (Residential) 


Location: Miami, FL (serving Miami-Dade County)

Lead Residential Projects With Quality, Organization, and Accountability

Aston Construction & Design Corp is a fully licensed and insured general contractor based in Miami-Dade County, specializing in residential remodeling, renovation, additions, and new construction. We serve clients throughout Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Coconut Grove.


We are looking for a Project Manager to help oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This is a key role for someone who can combine job-site supervision with strong project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable residential construction professional who understands how projects come together in the field, but who can also manage the planning, coordination, ordering, communication, and follow-up needed to keep each job running smoothly. 


This is not a hands-on labor role. This person will be responsible for supervising jobs, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ordering materials, communicating with clients, and helping ensure each project is completed with the level of quality and professionalism Aston is known for. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, comfortable using technology, and able to keep up with modern construction management software and job tracking tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish
  • Supervise jobsite activity and help ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, materials, and schedules
  • Order materials and track project needs to avoid delays
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
  • Maintain strong project organization, documentation, and follow-up
  • Use construction management software to track job progress, updates, and project details
  • Help identify and solve problems before they impact quality, schedule, or client satisfaction
  • Build positive relationships with clients and maintain a professional job site experience
  • Support Aston's standards for quality, accountability, and careful project execution


Qualifications

  • Residential construction project management or field supervision experience required
  • Strong understanding of remodeling, renovation, additions, and/or new construction
  • Ability to supervise jobsite activity without needing to perform hands-on labor
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, and client communication
  • Comfortable using construction management software and learning new tools
  • Experience with JobTread or similar software strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Professional, dependable, and able to build rapport with clients
  • English proficiency required to communicate with clients and team members 
  • Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 


Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time position. W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
