• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the inclusion of pre-crisis and crisis planning.
• Facilitate timely documentation that meets regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as per clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the treatment approach for clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Adorable Healing Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries, as well as clients in crisis situations requiring immediate intervention. Your skillful guidance will empower clients to navigate their journeys towards healing and self-sufficiency.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for this role, allowing for professional autonomy in practice.

• Experience in telehealth services, showcasing the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
