Our former Everett Clinic team is a clinician-led, multi-specialty group known for innovation and high-quality care. Our department was voted #1 Behavioral Health facility in the area. We're going beyond basic health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care.
Our Psychiatry team is seasoned and diverse to include physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. We offer multiple practice modalities for our patients to access care where it be through collaborative care, psychotherapy, groups or medication management support.
Your practice:
• Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work life balance with options to practice remote and in a 4-day work week or less.
• Innovative care: Collaborative Care model embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups include Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, as well as trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR.
• Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends
• Support: Administrative support with a dedicated practice manager, case managers and regular consultative time to connect with colleagues. New providers are assigned a dedicated mentor and robust onboarding program.

Required Qualifications
  • Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State by start date
  • Unrestricted DEA by start date
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Inpatient or outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry experience
  • Comfort with electronic health records

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $315,000 - $450,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
