Responsibilities

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Assists with managing the budget for Regional Marketing.
  • Provides tactical leadership for the Asian and Domestic host teams and reinforces an environment of continuous improvement. Focuses on improving the host’s ability to acquire new players, reactivate dormant players, and grow the worth of existing players.
  • Maximizes Player Development revenues through the optimization of Host customer lists. Ensures that hosts are focused on the highest values customers that offer the Casino the greatest potential for long term incremental and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develops programs, processes and events to attract and retain VIP players to choose Live! properties as their primary venue for gaming and entertainment.
  • Develops and manages programs and processes with a return on investment and player attraction and retention that exceeds the competition of all Live! Properties.
  • Develop and manage open communications and excellent working relationships with peer groups from all operational areas. Know and be known by peer group.
  • Responsible for the booking of special entertainment events, shows, promotions, and parties for VIP players to assure a favorable entertainment and gaming experience.
  • Assists in management of the department’s financial data.
  • Review activities and promotional status with the Senior Vice President of Player Development.
  • Develops and manages programs and processes for customer service and recognition of VIP players with emphasis on new and repeat VIP players.
  • Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with player tracking systems.
  • Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
  • Knowledgeable of credit process and procedures.
Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • A four (4)-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in gaming, relationship marketing, and marketing.
  • Experience in a Director position or higher.
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
  • Must have an established book of business that is new to the company
