Live-in property managers often face unique challenges such as balancing personal privacy with being accessible to tenants, handling after-hours emergencies, and managing a variety of maintenance tasks. Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills are essential, as issues can arise at any time, and a proactive approach helps maintain both the property and tenant satisfaction.
