Schedule: Full-Time Wednesday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch

About the Role
The Assistant Manager II is a key leader at Northplace II, helping ensure smooth operations, strong resident satisfaction, and community success. You'll work closely with the Property Manager and serve as a trusted resource for residents and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily property operations, including leasing, marketing, resident relations, rent collection, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain resident files, lease agreements, renewals, and other required documentation.
  • Process rental payments, deposits, and resident transactions accurately and timely.
  • Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Support resident retention efforts by providing exceptional customer service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests and property concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Conduct property inspections to maintain community standards.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and community events.
  • Train and support onsite team members as needed.
  • Assume management responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications
  • Current Stratum employee in good standing.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and property management software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing practices and landlord-tenant regulations preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Physical Requirements
Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
