Job description

A Residential Property Manager oversees the efficient operation and administration of residential properties ranging from 11 to 100 units. They act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensure lease compliance, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and handle marketing efforts, all while reporting to regional managers, property owners, or management companies.
