Responsibilities include:
โ€ข Build positive relationships with residents
โ€ข Coordinate lease renewals

โ€ข Schedule vendors and inspections
โ€ข Process move-ins and move-outs

We care far more about attitude than previous property management experience.
Our ideal candidate is:
โ€ข Exceptionally organized
โ€ข Professional and dependable
โ€ข Friendly and confident communicating with customers
โ€ข Calm under pressure
โ€ข A strong problem solver
โ€ข Comfortable managing multiple priorities
โ€ข Detail oriented
โ€ข Motivated to build a long-term career
Property management experience is helpful but not required.
Customer service, hospitality, banking, real estate, apartment management, and administrative experience are all valuable backgrounds.
