A Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of a multi-family residential property. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. The Property Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the property's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, contributing to tenant satisfaction and overall property value.

Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, and electrical system checks.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize disruptions.

Carpentry and Painting:

  • Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Patch and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to maintain or enhance the property's appearance.
  • Install or repair flooring materials such as tiles, laminate, carpet, or hardwood.

Groundskeeping and Landscaping:
