Central Mind Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Virtual Mental Health Counselor to provide full-time, remote support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to using their expertise in evidence-based counseling to foster emotional resilience and aid in the personal growth of individuals. Work Environment

This fully remote position offers flexibility and the autonomy to create your own schedule within standard operating hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Our supportive structure includes a dedicated leadership team for ongoing consultation, ensuring you never work alone while you focus entirely on delivering quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions providing individualized care to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Employ advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain organized documentation of client care, including treatment interventions, symptom progression, and therapeutic goals.
• Regularly assess treatment efficacy through self-assessment tools and client feedback to adapt and refine therapeutic approaches actively.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation sessions with leadership for continued professional development and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will predominantly be on adult patients, including those wrestling with a wide array of mental health disorders. You'll engage with clients who are navigating complex challenges and goals, making your role pivotal in promoting overall mental wellness and stability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure in your field with at least one year of experience as an independent Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in providing CBT and related evidence-based interventions to adults with diverse mental health challenges.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and a strong commitment to providing ethical and empathetic care.
• Proficiency with technology and eagerness to utilize digital tools for enhancing clinical practices.
