Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNAs to join our growing team!
Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is 54 units a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Our team is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently, join our team today!
Shifts Available: Full Time/Part Time PM (3pm-11pm), including rotating weekends/holidays.
Lead CNA Wage: $19.50-$24.50 an hour wage is based on experience
Lead HHA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 an hour wage is based on experience
Shift Differential: $1.00 PM's

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Provide support to our employees by mentoring and training our new employees, coordinating and communicating employee break times and assisting with staffing and scheduling
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Must have at least 6 (six) months of experience working as a HHA or CNA.
  • Interest in training and mentoring new employees.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
