Job Summary
The University of Kentucky Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (PAE) is looking for an executive assistant to support the Associate Vice President for Philanthropy. This position provides advanced-level administrative support, maintains calendars and coordinates the day-to-day operations for the philanthropy office. This position directly interacts with senior level executives across the enterprise as well as our high-level donors. The assistant will manage complex calendars, travel, correspondence and special projects of a highly confidential and sensitive nature and the maintenance of such documents. The applicant will be someone of high ethical standards who is able to communicate and represent the UK Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, as well as adhere to standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The applicant will have good communication and time management skills, be organized and detailed oriented, and be quick to learn new technologies and systems utilized in PAE and UK.

Associate's Degree + 4 years of administrative/clerical experience.
