Their duties often include preparing meals, helping with homework, organizing activities, and sometimes light housekeeping related to the children. Having a live-in nanny offers families greater flexibility, as the nanny is typically available for longer or irregular hours. In return, live-in nannies usually receive room and board as part of their compensation. They play a vital role in supporting busy households and ensuring consistent, personalized care for children.

It's important to establish clear expectations regarding work hours, privacy, and household responsibilities from the outset. Open communication with the family can help address any concerns and prevent misunderstandings. The family will guarantee 40 hours per week.

For live-in accommodations, there will be a room with a separate entrance and bathroom, located above the garage. The candidate is welcome to remain on the property during days off.
