Seeking a refined sous chef to assist with a fine dining outlet and IRD at a luxury hotel.
 
Qualifications
  • minimum 3 years as a sous chef / kitchen management
  • minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • ServSafe Certification 
 
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to build a culinary team environment where people want to join, learn, and grow
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to align on the broader vision for both the hotel and restaurant
  • Maintain flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while multitasking across F&B leadership duties
