Live In LPN roles usually require you to reside in the client's home for a set period, such as several days in a row or on a rotating weekly schedule. Your primary responsibility is to provide ongoing medical and personal care, often with designated hours for rest and time off within the client's residence. The structure often allows for a close caregiver-client relationship and a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in someone's daily life. It's important to discuss expectations, boundaries, and support resources with the employer to ensure your well-being and job satisfaction.
