Lighthouse Solution Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in a full-time remote capacity. As a remote therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health care to patients engaging in outpatient services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, develop discharge plans, and coordinate aftercare for patients and their families. • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to understand the unique needs and backgrounds of each patient.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to guide patients through their recovery journey.
• Conduct monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss patient progress, share insights, and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
• Develop and implement comprehensive patient assessments and aftercare plans aimed at ensuring ongoing support for patients post-discharge.
• Adjust therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and progress to maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and enhance patient treatment experiences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and effective clinical practices.

The patients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and experiences, often facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will be instrumental in fostering relationships with clients, offering personalized care that respects their individual stories and needs.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients and their families.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth services, including virtual therapy platforms.

• Experience working in a community health setting or outpatient clinic.
• Understanding of culturally competent care principles and practices.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Experience in case management and treatment planning.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
