Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from the sale to the delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to walk the furniture showroom floor for extended periods to engage with visiting customers.
  • Clearly communicate complex custom options and lead-time expectations to customers.
  • Maintain high attention to detail when entering technical codes for materials and finishes.
  • Ability to navigate and use POS (Point of Sale) systems and lead-tracking software

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in high-end retail, consultative sales, or interior design.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on "raving fan" service.
  • Detail: Proven track record of managing complex tasks with high accuracy.

Benefits

  • Financial: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Health: Medical & Dental Insurance options, including a Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Vacation: Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid training.
  • Perks: Generous employee discount on our American-made, heirloom-quality furniture.
