They may also be called live-in caregivers, housekeepers, or nannies, depending on their primary duties. In exchange for their services, live-in help typically receives room and board in addition to a salary or stipend. This arrangement allows for more flexible and consistent support for households with ongoing needs.

Job description

Remote Sales & Phone Support Specialist (Part-Time)

phClean is looking for a confident, warm salesperson to join our team — someone who can turn calls into booked cleanings for new and current clients. This is a work-from-home position — no commute, no cubicle — but you must live in the Ames, Ankeny, or West Des Moines area (some in-person training, meetings, and familiarity with the area)

What you'll do: Handle inbound calls and actively sell — walking prospects through pricing, answering objections, and guiding them to book. This isn't just answering the phone — you'll be the one closing the sale for our Ames, Ankeny, and West Des Moines offices.

 Schedule: About 24 hrs/week — four weekdays (2–7pm or 3–8pm) plus Saturdays, roughly 10am–2pm.

Remote, but local: Home-based with occasional in-person meetings/training. Must live in the Ames/Ankeny/West Des Moines, IA area.

What we're looking for: Someone comfortable with consultative, assumptive-close sales — confident guiding a conversation toward booking rather than waiting to be asked. Friendly, dependable, great grammar, and a genuine desire to help people.
