Job Summary

A Team Home Services is hiring a Handyman to support and grow our handyman service operations.

This is a hands-on field position responsible for completing a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and installation projects. This role requires strong multi-trade capability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.


The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. They have experience performing a wide range of handyman services, communicate effectively with customers, and consistently deliver clean, professional results. This person is comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team-focused environment.


What You'll Do

  • Perform general handyman services including drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, and minor repairs
  • Handle basic plumbing repairs such as fixture replacements
  • Install shelves, hardware, doors, trim, and other household components
  • Diagnose and complete repairs on damaged or deteriorating areas throughout homes and properties
  • Complete punch-out work and final detail items to ensure high-quality finished projects
  • Follow all safety standards and ensure a clean, organized job site
  • Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes
  • Communicate clearly with customers on-site and represent the company professionally
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
