As a Direct Support Professional, you will be a daily champion for our residents, helping them achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. Your day-to-day work is centered on providing dignified, person-centered support.
  • Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, meal preparation, and transportation, always encouraging self-reliance.
  • Foster Connection: Build meaningful relationships with residents and help them engage with their community, whether it's through a special activity or a simple outing.
  • Provide Companionship: Be a trusted friend and advocate, offering emotional support and creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

Qualifications: We're looking for heart, not just a resume.
  • A strong passion for helping others and improving the lives of individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Capable of assisting residents with their needs (mentally and physically).
  • Experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
