  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the performance of multiple public engagement projects simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary client contact, resolving project issues and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Define project scope and participate in contract negotiations

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members
  • Research leads and facilitate strategy sessions with internal service leaders, project managers, clients, and partner firms to secure work in transportation, planning, and urban design service lines
  • Attend evening and weekend community meetings and events as needed
  • Travel to project sites and related locations as required
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Community Organizing, Marketing or related field
  • At least 10 years of work in public relations OR at least 10 years of work in a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team
